Know that the end is here - summary of another DC talk, thanks to AuntBee for her recording
by insearchoftruth inknow that the end is here!.
once again, not a verbatim transcript, but the points i thought seemed pertinent from this talk...once agian, all it seems to be talking about is the end, but did manage a swipe at the internet as well....... .
can you feel it, it seems to be everywhere, what many people are feeling today is the desire for change, many are simply overwhelmed with the pressures of everyday life....... .

Good point HB. My family are listening to that kind of drivvle all weekend. I'll mention that point you make to them if they try preaching at me!

Why did you pick your avator or username?
by cognac inwell, i picked my username because that's what i saw in front of me and i like the way it sounded.
no real story behind that.
i picked my avator because that's the way i felt.

My username is the word that the Pharasees used to describe the local rank and file jews back in the day. It's a derogatory term meaning "people of the earth" and sums up to many elders' attitudes to the r&f dubs, esp women. Grrr...
The avator links with it. Its the Monty Python foot and represents the way elders and other "leaders" squish our spirits, our individuality and our lives.
But not any longer!!!

Saga ends
by joelingeorgia in21 years ago i left the watchtower and my family and friends physically, but have never been able to really leave them behind emotionally.
has caused me a number of problems over the years, including depression and anxiety to the point of suicide.
at some point, i have realized that.

Have you ever seen a counsellor? It's really tough to go thru the troubles that you describe and having a little help along the way is always a good idea. It certainly helped me!
Just a thought....
